Our return policy is valid for 60 days from the day of payment. If you are not happy with your Sweet TraveLife luggage within 60 days of purchase, we will offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To request a return, please fill out our contact form. You will be contacted with 24-hours and asked to provide a copy of proof of purchase and a picture of the luggage.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Item(s) have obvious signs of use.
Item(s) that are destroyed, not in their original condition, or missing parts for reasons not do to manufacturer or shipping error.
Item(s) that is/are returned more than 60 days after purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item(s). We will also notify you of the status of your refund.
If the refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received a refund within 7-10 business days, please contact us via our contact form.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded unless there is manufacturer or shipping damage.
Items can only be replaced if they arrive damage or defective.If you would like to exchange your item, please fill out our contact form.
To return your product, you will be provided TSTL Travel's address via email You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Once the item is inspected and accepted back, shipping costs will be added to the total of your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchange product to reach you may vary.
