Our return policy is valid for 60 days from the day of delivery. If you are not happy with your Sweet TraveLife luggage within 60 days of purchase, we will offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To request a return, please fill out our contact form with a brief message for the reason of your return. You will be contacted with 38-hours and asked to provide a copy of proof of purchase and a picture of the item (s).
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Item(s) have obvious signs of use.
Item(s) that are destroyed, not in their original condition, or missing parts for reasons not do to manufacturer or shipping error.
Item(s) that is/are returned more than 60 days after purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item(s). We will also notify you of the status of your refund.
If the refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-14 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded unless there is manufacturer or shipping damage.
To return your product, you will be provided TSTL Travel's address via email. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Once the item is inspected and accepted back, a confirmation email of your refund will be issued.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchange product to reach you may vary.
RETURN SINGLE ITEM FROM SET
We do not allow returns of a single item that belongs to a set. Any set that we sell can only be returned in its entirety.
